Guarantee Policy

• Our special rates require that payment be made in full at time of booking.
• The reservation is made in advance after payment of 1 night in advance.
• A credit card number is needed for all reservation guarantee requests alongwith expirt date & name as mentioned in credit card.

Cancellations and changes to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• All cancellations incur a charge of one night
• Changes made to your reservation incur a charge of 10 €.
• All cancellations and changes made to your reservation after 6 P. M. on the arrival date of your reservation mean that your payment will not be refunded.

No Show

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, you are liable to pay the full price of the reservation. Cancellations/changes must be made through the website - if notified directly to the hotel, they are not valid and full payment is applied.
